This system is designed to handle payloads up to 58.5 lbs (approximately 26.5 kg), accommodating a variety of product types and sizes. It supports two palletizing zones, allowing for continuous operation and increased throughput. The PALTZ.20C can accommodate pallet sizes up to 48" x 40" and is capable of stacking to a height of 82 inches, optimizing vertical storage space. With a cycle rate of up to 10 cycles per minute, it ensures rapid and efficient palletizing. Equipped with pallet locators and product presence sensors, the system guarantees precise and reliable operation. The infeed skewed conveyor streamlines product handling, while the integrated palletizing software and 13-inch touchscreen HMI provide an intuitive user interface. Available with either pneumatic or electric grippers, the PALTZ.20C offers flexibility to meet various application needs.
