​The PALTZ.20CF is a collaborative palletizing work cell designed to enhance efficiency and safety in industrial palletizing operations. Building upon the features of the PALTZ.20C, this model incorporates collapsible hard fencing and an external reset button, enabling faster cobot speeds and ensuring a secure working environment. The system boasts a payload capacity of 58.5 lbs (approximately 26.5 kg) and can achieve up to 10 cycles per minute, facilitating increased throughput. It supports two palletizing zones with a maximum palletizing height of 82 inches and accommodates pallet sizes up to 48" x 40". Equipped with pallet locators, product presence sensors, and an infeed skewed conveyor, the PALTZ.20CF ensures precise and efficient product handling. The integrated palletizing software, operated via a 13-inch touchscreen HMI, simplifies operation by eliminating the need for programming or calibration.
