Fred Mauermann has been with Werner Electric Supply since 2020. Fred is a career-long lean practitioner who has brought his passion for creating competitive advantages through operations and supply chains to Werner Electric. As Vice President of Operations, Fred is committed to a culture of focus, ownership, and trust, striving to align Werner Electric to a core set of strategic objectives that deliver an exceptional customer experience. Additionally, he prioritizes effort on talent development, leadership empowerment, and accelerated employee growth. An avid outdoorsman in his spare time, Fred enjoys hiking, biking, hunting, fishing, skiing, and snowmobiling.

Hillary Anderson has been with Werner Electric Supply since 2010. Since joining Werner Electric as Vice President of Human Resources, Hillary has used her birds-eye view of the organization to foster an environment that delivers exceptional experiences for employees and customers alike. Whether she’s introducing a new employee benefit or attracting and retaining top talent, Hillary’s positive attitude, driven by honesty, integrity and authenticity, is essential in the strategic development of the organization’s future leaders. Away from work you can find Hillary in the Northwoods with family and friends, where they spend time boating, waterskiing and downhill skiing.

Brad Klitzke has been with Werner Electric Supply since 2002. Another veteran of the team, Brad joined Werner Electric as Vice President of Finance and now serves as Vice President of Treasury. Motivated by a desire to bring value to Werner Electric, Brad has led the finance team with a sense of integrity and accountability, working closely with those around him to map a successful future for the organization. Teamwork, job knowledge and customer service are at the core of Brad’s daily approach. Brad stays very active away from the office, enjoying coaching, fitness activities, sports and spending time with his family.

Kathy Mason joined Werner Electric Supply in June 2024. She is passionate about the administrative profession and is a Certified Administrative Professional (CAP), a credential she is proud to hold. Kathy is committed to helping others, and this is evident in her willingness to go the extra mile to support their success. Raised in a family business in a small town has instilled in her the values of hard work, dedication, integrity, and honesty. Outside of work, Kathy enjoys reading, walking, watching her son play rugby, following drag racing, and cheering for the Packers and the Brewers.
